How long should I wear the Bunion Corrector each day?

Start with 15-20 minutes daily and gradually increase as your comfort allows. Most users work up to 1-2 hours per day, but listen to your body and never push through significant pain. 

Can I really walk while wearing this corrector?

Yes! Unlike traditional rigid splints, our active joint design allows for natural foot movement up to 160° of rotation, making it possible to walk comfortably while wearing the device. 

Which angle plate should I start with?

We recommend starting with the 0° plate, especially for beginners. Once you're comfortable, you can progress to the 7.5° and eventually the 15° plate based on your comfort level and correction needs. 

Will this completely fix my bunion?

Results vary depending on severity and consistency of use. The corrector helps realign the toe and can provide significant improvement and pain relief, but severe cases may still benefit from additional medical intervention.

Is this suitable for both men and women?

Yes, the universal design fits both men and women and can be adjusted to accommodate different foot sizes and shapes.

How do I know if I'm positioning it correctly?

The adjustment dial should be centered directly over the bunion protrusion, with the toe strap securing your big toe and the foot strap positioned around your midfoot. The optional heel strap provides additional stability.

Can I wear this with shoes?

The corrector is designed primarily for barefoot use or with very loose, open footwear. For correction while wearing regular shoes, we recommend our Frido Orthotics insoles as an alternative.
