What size Frido Insoles should I buy?
Frido Dual Gel Insole comes in 2 different size.

1. Small (5-8 UK): select this option if your shoe size is in between 5 UK to 8 UK.
2. Regular (9-13 UK): select this option if your shoe size is in between 9 UK to 13 UK.

Upon selecting the correct option, you can use a scissor to trim the insole from the top to find a custom fit. We have provided guide to trim the insole in the package.
Are these waterproof? Can I use them in rainy/monsoon season?
Yes, absolutely. These insoles are waterproof.
Can I switch insoles between my different type of shoes?
Yes, you can switch the insoles between different shoes.
But this is something that we don't recommend because of Hygiene. Another reason is different fit of different shoes.
