Return/Refund Policy
Hey, we know sometimes things don't work. If you didn't like our product, you may return it, no hard feelings!!

- Fill up the return request
- Get a call from us so that we know what went wrong and how we can make it right
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup & you will get your refund within 7 working days
Please keep these things in mind:
- Timeframe: You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return/refund.
- Convenience: To make the process hassle-free for you, we offer reverse pick-up services. Please note that this feature depends on your area's pin code.
- Condition: For a smooth refund process, kindly ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original condition. We will not be able to accept products showing signs of wear or damage.
Three modes of choosing to get refund:
- Back to Source: After quality check is passed, the return amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
- COD Order Refund: After quality check is passed, you will get a link from our payment partner RazorpayX. Fill its form & the return amount will be credited to your account.
- MyFrido Credits: If you have chosen to get MyFrido Credit, the credits will be shown in your account. These are non-refundable and can only be redeemed within our store.
Terms & Conditions:
- Time-bound Returns: Products returned beyond the 7-day period, or those showing signs of use or damage, cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Sales Platform: For sales from platforms like Amazon, Cred or other marketplaces, returns may not be applicable from our website.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the confirmation date.

Cancellation Policy
Hey, to cancel, please contact our customer support team at 1800 2030 777 from Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 6:30 PM. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

- Discrepancies: Should there be any discrepancies in order delivery status, kindly inform us within 24 hours for prompt assistance.
- Damage: In the unfortunate event of product damage upon delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours.
